Emma, a true Santa Maria native with a deep-rooted passion for our community. She attended local schools. With 19 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry, she brings a unique perspective, having started career as a Realtor before transitioning to a Mortgage Loan Officer. After a dedicated 23 year career with the County of Santa Barbara she retired in 2017 to focus full-time on helping local families achieve the dream of homeownership. As a proud Ambassador and Secretary for the Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce, and an active member of the Santa Maria Association of Realtors, she is deeply plugged into our local market. She is a professional who values transparency, education, and building a strong financial foundation for our neighbors.
